My move into homemade cameras and directly exposed film is an exploration into the relationship between audience and 'truth'.

The emergence of digital photography has seen a shift in the nature of this relationship, both from the refinement in ease of edit and the viewer's understanding and acceptance of this adjustment.

The paradox with this project is that although the first three cameras were built and the films exposed with no prior experience of pinhole photography.  Any future images taken this way will be shot with an ever expanding knowledge of how to achieve desired results.  The resulting images become less about reality, and more about intention.
